How AI will disrupt HR

In his keynote, Tom Haak will start with a quick general overview of the current trends in the people and organisation domain. Then he will focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and the opportunities AI creates to improve the impact of HR. Tom will argue that we are only at the beginning of a big transformation. Technology and AI will change the HR landscape. There are many positive aspects, like faster and less biased talent sourcing, but we should also look at possible negative consequences, in areas as privacy and transparency.
